Biography

Taejun received his B.S degree in polymer engineering from Dankook University in 2015. He then joined the group of Prof. Anzar Khan and Prof. Joona Bang in Chemical & biological engineering at Korea University as a graduate student. During his PhD, he designed and synthesized responsive soft materials based on azobenzene motif. Alongside this project, he developed chalcogen – epoxy ‘click’ chemistry. He joined Hawker group as a postdoctoral researcher in September 2021.
