Robert Pötzsch

Bio: 

Robert was born in Germany and obtained a Franco-German double degree
in chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de
Chimie de Rennes in 2010. He carried out his diploma thesis in the group of Prof. Brigitte
Voit at the Leibniz-Institute of Polymer Research where he worked on the combination
of Staudinger ligation and RAFT polymerization. Currently, he pursues his Phd studies in
the same research group working in the area of organic electronics. Therein, his focus lies
on functional and branched structures for distinct applications. In February 2012, Robert
joined the group of Prof. Hawker for four months working on Thiol-Yne chemistry and
Azulene-based polymers.
